Made-to-Measure Products
All wall panels and related products sold by Wall Panels World are:
- Cut and produced to measurements provided or confirmed by the customer
- Customized in design, finish, color and size
- Manufactured according to the specifications you approve at order confirmation
Because of this, returns and refunds do not apply to custom-made products, except in the specific cases listed below.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Correction
We will gladly repair, correct, or replace your order if:
- The delivered product does not match your confirmed order
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during delivery
- Incorrect measurements were taken by our team
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos for verification.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
- Change of mind after the order has been confirmed
- Minor variations in color, texture, or grain caused by lighting, screen settings or production batches
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation by third parties after delivery
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
Refund Policy
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
- Installation and service charges are non-refundable
